Anukool India Pvt Ltd, established in the year 1999 in Mumbai, has evolved from an HVAC contracting enterprise into a comprehensive and sustainable MEP solutions provider, with its core strength in HVAC systems. Over the years, AIPL has successfully delivered projects across diverse sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Industrial, and Corporate offices, offering end-to-end solutions that include advanced VRV systems, high COP chillers, and energy-efficient equipment.
With more than 25 years of expertise in the design, build, and operations of MEP utilities, and with a collective wisdom of over 30+ years among its senior management, AIPL continues to set benchmarks in innovation and sustainability. Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Sandeep Shenoy, Founder & CEO, a Production Engineer with a Master’s in Marketing Management and over 30 years of experience in HVAC design, planning, and execution, the company has launched several impactful initiatives that bridge the gap between industry and education.
Among these initiatives are the “Green Yoddha Centre” and “Anukool Ka Gurukool” — pioneering platforms aimed at upskilling the blue-collar workforce and imparting new-age skills in MEP, Energy Efficiency, Fire-Life Safety, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Management. What began as an internal learning platform has now grown into a full-fledged skilling school, formally recognized by the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), with partnerships with Somaiya ITI and Kohinoor Technical Institute for On-Job Training (OJT) courses.
The Gurukool follows a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) and case-study-based learning approach, designed to make learning practical, engaging, and industry-relevant. Its mission is to skill, reskill, and upskill the next generation of engineers and technicians to become true “Green Yoddhas” — professionals who contribute to the well-being of both people and the planet.
