He was entrusted with ensuring the smooth commissioning of HVAC projects, preparing measurement sheets, coordinating with contractors, and managing various responsibilities critical to the completion of large-scale projects. Some of his notable projects include Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Development & Study Centre, KFC Trivandrum, and Bhima Jewellers Tamil Nadu.
His work at Technocrats Appliances established him as a reliable and skilled project engineer, responsible for ensuring HVAC projects were delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. His consistent performance across numerous prestigious projects highlighted his meticulous approach and dedication to quality work.

After building a strong foundation, Vineeth transitioned to Nuaire Systems Pvt Ltd, a dealer for Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Between 2015 and 2020, he honed his expertise further, leading major HVAC projects across Kerala and beyond. His role involved understanding complex duct systems, supervising installation processes, selecting critical HVAC components like AHUs and FCUs, and ensuring the projects’ technical and safety standards were meticulously followed.
During this period, Vineeth worked on several high-profile projects such as Gayathri Technopark, Jatayu Earth’s Center, Regional Cancer Centre Trivandrum, and Udayasamudra Hotels & Resorts.
