Mathews has since built an impressive career in the HVAC industry, demonstrating the high standards of training and support we provide at ACE India.

Mathews Leenose is an exceptionally dependable HVAC professional with a career spanning over a decade. His journey reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous learning, driven by a career objective to gain knowledge and build a successful career in a highly competent organization.
Educational Foundation and Training
Mathews graduated with a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2010, earning first-class honors. Recognizing the importance of specialized training, he joined ACE India’s MEP Technician Training Program, where he specialized in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Our program equipped him with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the HVAC industry, laying a strong foundation for his career.
Professional Journey and Achievements
Mathews began his professional journey as a Manager in Sales & Estimation at ZITA Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Co. (P) Ltd, an authorized CP of Blue Star Ltd, from January 2011 to October 2015. In this role, he developed market strategies, conducted training and seminars, managed project operations, and ensured the completion of major deals.
In November 2015, Mathews joined Blue Star Ltd in Kochi as a Senior Sales Engineer in the Channel Management (Cold Room Division). He managed channel partners, coordinated with project teams, and facilitated customer meetings, demonstrating his ability to handle complex sales operations.
By February 2018, Mathews advanced to the role of Service Manager in the HVAC division at Reliance Retail in Kerala. Here, he managed a team of 10 engineers and 7 helpers, overseeing HVAC service and AMC sales responsibilities across Kerala. His leadership and dedication ensured smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Currently, Mathews is with Voltas Ltd in Kerala as part of the AMC Operations for the HVAC division. Since May 2024, he has been responsible for HVAC service, AMC sales, customer meetings, and various operational activities, further showcasing his expertise and commitment to excellence.
Skills and Certifications
Mathews possesses a wide range of skills, including AutoCAD, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation. His specialization in HVAC, combined with his professional experience, makes him a valuable asset in the industry.
Awards and Honors
Throughout his academic and professional journey, Mathews has been recognized for his contributions and leadership. Notably, he was the College Union Member of the Year in 2010 and an active event organizer during his school and college years.
