Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Ace India Training and Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide the highest quality training and consultancy services. We value your satisfaction and aim for transparency in our policies. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or services.

1.⁠ ⁠Course Enrollment Cancellation
Cancellation by Student (Before Course Start):

Cancellations requested 7 days or more before the scheduled course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refund will be provided if the cancellation request is made after the course start date.

Cancellation by Ace India:

If a course is canceled or rescheduled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option to:

Transfer to another upcoming batch.

Receive a full refund.

2.⁠ ⁠Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration.

Requests must be submitted in writing to info@theaceindia.com with valid proof of payment and reason for cancellation.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to credit into your original method of payment .

3.⁠ ⁠No Refund Scenarios
No refund will be granted under the following conditions:

If the student fails to attend scheduled sessions.

If access to online or app-based content has been used or accessed beyond the first module.

In cases of misconduct or breach of institute policies by the student.
