Back in 2019, when the foundations of what was then known as Sands Infra were just being laid, our team at ACE INDIA had the foresight to bring our students to the construction site for an exclusive site visit. Today, as the same project—now proudly named the LULU IT TWIN TOWER—is being officially inaugurated by the Honourable Chief Minister of Kerala, we can’t help but feel an overwhelming sense of pride and excitement.

Located in SmartCity, Kakkanad, the Lulu IT Twin Tower is not just another commercial building. It stands tall as South India’s tallest twin-tower IT building, a state-of-the-art hub designed to support the booming tech ecosystem of Kerala.
