After completing our MEP training program in 2017, Mohammed embarked on a remarkable journey that has established him as a prominent HVAC industry leader in Dubai.
The Beginning:
Mohammed Roshan’s career in HVAC began with a solid foundation provided by ACE India’s MEP training. His dedication and enthusiasm were evident early on, setting the stage for his future successes. Armed with this training and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mohammed stepped into the HVAC industry with a clear vision and strong technical skills.
Early Achievements:
Starting as a Junior HVAC Engineer at Jamal Sales Corporation in India, Mohammed quickly demonstrated his expertise in heat load calculations, equipment selection, and site coordination. His hands-on experience and attention to detail soon caught the eye of industry leaders.
Quality Control Excellence:
In 2020, Mohammed’s career took a significant leap when he joined Key Bees Technology as an HVAC Quality Control Engineer. His role involved leading engineering teams, ensuring adherence to ASHRAE standards, and implementing rigorous quality control measures. Mohammed’s leadership in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional quality underscored his growing influence in the field.
A Leap to Dubai:
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Mohammed moved to Dubai in early 2021, joining Adel Electronics Trading LLC as an HVAC Sales & Application Engineer. His role involved managing client inquiries, preparing equipment schedules, and promoting Daikin products. Mohammed’s ability to integrate technical knowledge with effective sales strategies played a key role in expanding the company’s market presence.
Leadership at MEPTECH:
In June 2023, Mohammed took on the role of Senior HVAC Sales Engineer at MEPTECH Air Condition Trading LLC, a Daikin dealer in Dubai. In this leadership position, he has excelled in organizing sales visits, maintaining customer relationships, and providing application support using Daikin software. His efforts in market account development and business expansion have significantly contributed to the company’s success.
Continuous Learning and Growth:
Throughout his career, Mohammed has remained committed to continuous learning. He has completed additional qualifications in HVAC, QA/QC, piping engineering, and welding inspection, further enhancing his expertise. His proficiency with various software tools and adherence to industry standards have been instrumental in his career progression.
