Educational Background and Early Career:
Hashir completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam, and joined Ace India’s MEP course in December 2016. His dedication and commitment during the training period were evident as he honed his skills in HVAC and other key mechanical systems. Soon after, Hashir entered the field with an enthusiasm to make a mark.
Professional Journey:
Hashir’s professional career kicked off in India as a Mechanical Engineer-HVAC at Elemecs India Electro Mechanical Engineers & Contractors Pvt Ltd in 2018. He quickly grew in his role, gaining valuable experience in mechanical projects and HVAC systems. After a stint of self-employment, he moved to the UAE and joined High Tech Electro Mechanical Co LLC as a Mechanical Engineer (Business Development & Projects). Here, Hashir spent three productive years managing critical mechanical projects and contributing to business development.
In 2022, Hashir took on the role of Technical Sales Engineer at Maplef Valves Canada, a position where his technical and sales expertise allowed him to expand his portfolio further. His constant pursuit of excellence saw him achieve great success, leading to his current role.
Present Role:
Today, Hashir is a Senior Key Account Engineer at Dutco Tennant LLC, UAE, a significant milestone in his career. In this role, he manages major accounts and provides expert guidance on large-scale projects, showcasing the blend of technical knowledge and business acumen that he has developed over the years.
