With 24+ years of global HVAC experience across Blue Star India, AHI Carrier Sharjah, Johnson Controls Bahrain, and Trane Technologies Qatar, Mr. Thulasiram currently serves as General Manager of Maven Trading & Installation WLL, Qatar. He is also the Regional Chair of ISHRAE GCC Membership and the Founding President of ISHRAE Qatar, under whose leadership the chapter won the Best International Sub-Chapter Award.

His unmatched expertise in trading, contracting, installation, and energy optimization, combined with his role as a partner in Maven Centre of Excellence, Coimbatore, ensures that every student benefits from international mentorship, innovation-driven insights, and global exposure.

Mr. Sreekesh S R – Managing Director, Ace India Training & Services Pvt Ltd

A Mechanical Engineer and Past President of ISHRAE Kochi Chapter, Mr. Sreekesh began his HVAC journey with Voltas Ltd in 2007. With nearly two decades of experience, he has overseen Ace India’s operations in Kochi, Chennai, and Bangalore, building a reputation as a trusted training leader.

He has conducted numerous seminars across India, mentoring students and professionals in building services engineering. His specialization in administration, industry networking, and academic-industry integration has been central to Ace India’s consistent success since 2007.

Mr. Syed Nazif S – Director, Ace India Training & Services Pvt Ltd

With a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Sales & Marketing from ICFAI, Mr. Nazif brings deep expertise in MEP, BIM Implementation, Project Management, and Curriculum Development. He is known for his B2B and B2C learning solutions, having successfully developed technical training models that meet global demands.

Currently serving as ISHRAE Zonal Chair for Student Activities (2023–2025), his strong industry recognition and commitment to talent empowerment make him a key pillar of Ace India Coimbatore’s vision.

Mr. Shahir M I – Director, Ace India Training & Services Pvt Ltd

Beginning his career with Blue Star as a Project Engineer, Mr. Shahir now specializes in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Public Relations. His extensive network of international student placements and corporate partnerships has enabled Ace India to build a strong placement pipeline across India and the Gulf countries.
