Vishnu embarked on his professional journey after completing his Bachelor of Technology from Mar Baselios Institute of Technology and Science. Equipped with a solid educational foundation , he joined ACE India in October 2014 . During his tenure, he honed his skills in the design ,estimation and projects of HVAC and MEP systems across various high-profile projects in India and the Middle East.
Under the mentorship of industry experts at ACE India, Vishnu contributed significantly to projects like:
- Oasis Commercial Building, Muscat: Overseeing the design and estimation of a 600 HP VRF system.
- The Grand Mall, Edappally: Managing a 300 TR water-cooled chiller system.
- Emerald Convention Centre, Calicut: Designing a substantial 627 TR water-cooled chiller system.
His responsibilities included detailed HVAC design, coordination with other MEP disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Vishnu’s proficiency extended to using industry standards like ASHRAE and NFPA, along with technical tools such as AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.
Thriving in Global Markets
Armed with a robust skill set and practical experience from ACE India, Vishnu ventured into the competitive landscape of the Middle East. He joined Smart Select Gen. Trading L.L.C in Dubai, where he served as an ELV Engineer from March 2019 to February 2021. His role focused on the design, estimation, project management, and commissioning of advanced ELV systems, including:
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Lighting Control Systems (LCS)
- Home Automation Systems
Pinnacle Projects and Achievements
During his tenure in Dubai, Vishnu spearheaded several critical projects, showcasing his technical prowess and managerial acumen:
- ADNOC Business Center, Abu Dhabi: Implemented BMS and LCS for a sprawling 1.5 lakh sq. ft. facility.
- Emaar Towers, Dubai: Designed lighting control systems for 120 floors and managed HVAC design and estimation.
- Al Dhafra Mosque, Abu Dhabi: Installed comprehensive BMS and Energy Management Systems (CMS).
His contributions extended to other landmark projects like Shaqbooth Mosque and Khalid Villa, demonstrating his ability to handle diverse challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
