Study the nature of requirement: When contacted by a client for a vacancy we will study the job specifications in detail i.e nature of job, qualification required etc.

Search Candidate: Our database is scanned for the candidates meeting the job requirements.

Selection by Client: CV's of the candidates short listed by us are sent to the client for interview and selection.
